1-on-1/Small Group Training

HPI is a great place to get you and your friends back in the gym.  Personal training allows our coaches to spend the maximum amount of time with you to give you the ultimate benefits.  Everything about your sessions will be customized to make you into the person you’ve always wanted to be!

Your Process Involves:

  • Initial Evaluation: $40
    • Every Personal Training Client starts their fitness journey with a 60-minute one-on-one evaluation. The client will have the opportunity to objectively rate and rank their functional movement and get a feel for the training environment at MU HPI. Using the results of the evaluation, we will individualize aspects of the training program and establish a baseline to measure future performance improvements against.
  • Sessions by Appointment
  • Four Days/Week (16 sessions/month) – $720
    Three Days/Week (12 sessions/month) – $480
    Two Days/Week (8 sessions/month) – $240
    One Day/Week (4 sessions/month) – $160
