Female Athlete for June 2016
Haley, 14, has been one of the longest tenured clients of MU Human Performance Institute. With us for more than two years, she trains unlimited times a week. She participates in soccer, volleyball, track and cross country.
Haley is one of the best young female athletes we have had the pleasure of training. The future is very bright for her and we will be cheering her on every step of the way.
“The training has made me become a better athlete over the course of my career,” she said. “The strength aspect has especially improved my sport’s performance.”
Male Athlete for June 2016
Kavin, 14, has been a client of MU Human Performance Institute for eight months and trains unlimited times a week. He participates in tennis at Rock Bridge High School.
Kavin is another example of an athlete you look forward to training every day. His commitment, dedication, attitude and willingness to learn how to better his performance is second to none.
In May 2016, he helped the Rock Bridge tennis team claim their fifth state title in program history. The sky is the limit for Kavin’s future and we are excited to see what great things he will accomplish.
“This place is amazing,” he said. “The workouts are great and the equipment is top-notch. The thing that sets HPI above the rest is the positive energy and enthusiasm that the trainers bring everyday.”
