November 2016

Female Athlete for November 2016

Kayla, 14, has been a client of MU Human Performance Institute for a couple months, and she trains two times a week. She participates in volleyball. Kayla has a mentality to attack each day to get better and not take reps off. This can be rare to see in an athlete of her age, but she does a great job of pushing herself in all aspects of training. When asked about MU HPI, she said, “It makes me a better athlete and I like all the coaches.”

Male Athlete for November 2016

Cory, 15, has been a client of MU Human Performance Institute for four months and trains three times a week. He participates in baseball at Rock Bridge High School. Cory is an athlete who knows when to “turn it on” and when to “turn it off” — meaning he can be serious when it’s time to be serious but has a comedic personality to help keep things light and fun. When asked about MU HPI, he said, “Coaches are pretty cool. Philippians 4:13 ‘I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.’ ”
