Female Athlete | Ginny Crabb

Ginny Crabb

Ginny Crabb has been a client for almost a year. When you watch what she can do in a training environment you would never be able to guess her age because she many times, outperforms our younger athletic population. This is a testament to her consistent but hard work ethic. Many times she will come in twice a day to two different classes geared towards her goals. We as coaches pride ourselves in motivating and inspiring other individuals and I can honestly say Ginny helps us out so much with this and we are forever grateful. When asked about MU HPI, she said, “From the expertise and care of the trainers, to the friendly atmosphere, to meeting new friends, to the benefits of increased fitness…what’s not to love? HPI has been an unexpected bright spot in my retirement. Cheers and thanks to everyone at HPI!”

Male Athlete | Larry Windmoeller

Larry Windmoeller

Larry Windmoeller has been a client for almost 2 years. A lot of words stand out when you think of Larry but the one that always comes up is persistence. He is part of our RSB program but he is so persistent to not let anything regress his process. One can always tell the days he trains because you will see him pull up about 40 minutes before class. He works out before his work out and it’s not just random stuff. You can tel he has a plan on areas he wants to improve to continue to get better. Another person at our facility that shows that age is just a number, many times outworking people one-third his age. When asked about MU HPI, he said, “I feel blessed and very fortunate that we have the RSB program here in Columbia. There is no doubt that RSB is making a positive difference in the lives of so many. PD affects each individual in many different ways and each person responds to treatment in different ways. One thing for sure is that everyone supports each other and strives to help each other. The camaraderie is outstanding. What a tremendous support group. There is always someone to talk to and encourage to keep working as hard as possible.”
