This program is designed to improve body composition and increase strength, power, and endurance through a variety of high intensity intervals. The class is a combination of bootcamp style training that can be customized to your pace and abilities. Come join Body by HPI for a fun and supportive training class.
The cost is $5 per class, or $25 monthly. This includes access to Body by HPI and yoga.
All first-time participants are required to complete a Pre-Training Evaluation. This 15-minute evaluation analyzes body composition, current activity level, and establishes goals. This evaluation is FREE.
