Semi-Private personal training is an effective and affordable way to get a great workout. Athletes and general population clients are placed into small groups of 2-6 and work out alongside each other. Even though you will be training at the same time as other members, your program is custom designed and you will likely be doing completely different exercises than the other people in your group. Our groups start on the hour and follow a 15-25 minute dynamic warm-up following our R.A.M.P. protocols then each small group is released into the weight room to complete their individualized training plan coached by one of our highly trained staff.
Your Process Involves:
- Initial Evaluation: $40
- Every Semi-Private Personal Training Client starts their fitness journey with a 60-minute one-on-one evaluation. The client will have the opportunity to objectively rate and rank their functional movement and get a feel for the training environment at MU HPI. Using the results of the evaluation, we will individualize aspects of the training program and establish a baseline to measure future performance improvements against.
- Sessions start at 4, 5, and 6 pm M-F
- Four Days/Week (16 sessions/month) – $320
Three Days/Week (12 sessions/month) – $240
Two Days/Week (8 sessions/month) – $120
One Day/Week (4 sessions/month) – $80
