Functional Fitness

This program is designed to improve body composition and increase strength, power, and endurance through a variety of high-intensity intervals.  The class is a combination of boot camp style training that can be customized to your pace and abilities. Come join Functional Fitness for a fun and supportive training class.

    • 6:00 – 7:00 a.m.
    • 6:30 – 7:30 a.m.
    • 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.
    • 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
    • 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
    • 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
    • 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
    • 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
    • 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
    • 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
  • Pricing
    • Online Access – $25/month
    • In-person – $75/month (In-person training is limited to 3 sessions/person/week with a maximum of 5 individuals per class)
