Join us for a kickboxing class designed to assist you in achieving a leaner and stronger physique. Kickboxing allows you to build a stronger cardiovascular system and improve your total body endurance. In this class, you will learn fundamental boxing and kickboxing movements through HIIT circuit-style workouts that involve bodyweight exercises. In addition to the health benefits, you will find it’s a great way to relieve stress.

Kickboxing classes are offered at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays

1-hour classes / $25 per month for the class alone or $15 in addition to Body by HPI service.
