This program provides adults 55+ an appropriate training environment for their goals and needs. We follow the same principles and concepts we train our athletes but we progress and regress the training and specific exercises based on the individual. This allows us to meet the individual where they are at in their development and ensure everyone improves at an optimal pace.
Group training can be intimidating for most people, especially if they feel they are not up to speed with the rest of the group OR cannot do what everyone else is doing. We understand that and want each and every person to have a fun and enjoyable experience while training. For that reason we take pride in our progressions and regressions to assure that every client can participate in training at an optimal and appropriate rate for that individual.

Your Process Involves:
- Initial Evaluation: $25
- Lifetime Strong class member starts the performance enhancement process with a 60 minute one-on-one evaluation. The new class member will get the opportunity to objectively rate and rank their functional movement and get a feel for the training environment at MU HPI. Using the results of the evaluation, we will individualize aspects of the training program and establish a baseline to measure future performance improvements against.
