This program provides adults 55+ an appropriate training environment for their goals and needs. We follow the same principles and concepts we train our athletes but we progress and regress the training and specific exercises based on the individual. This allows us to meet the individual where they are at in their development and ensure everyone improves at an optimal pace.
Group training can be intimidating for most people, especially if they feel they are not up to speed with the rest of the group OR cannot do what everyone else is doing. We understand that and want each and every person to have a fun and enjoyable experience while training. For that reason we take pride in our progressions and regressions to assure that every client can participate in training at an optimal and appropriate rate for that individual.
Before participating in the class each individual is required to complete a Pre-Training Evaluation. Areas that will be tested in the evaluation are:
- Body Composition
- Functional Movements
The Free Evaluation is 60 minutes. The class meets M, W, F 9 – 10 a.m. and costs $50 for unlimited classes. (Monthly membership includes access to yoga).
