The Human Performance Institute’s Transitional Training program picks up where your therapy ends. We can communicate with your physical therapist to design a training program to reach your goals. Whether it’s returning to a specific sport or activity or pushing yourself to be more active and preventing further injuries, we will design a program with your goals in mind following our long-term athletic development model.
