Join us for a yoga class emphasizing gentle movement, conscious breathing and meditation to support your mind, body and spirit. Consistent yoga practice increases strength and flexibility, improves sleep and pain management, and provides relief from stress and anxiety.

Classes are Mondays and Wednesday at 12 pm, a gentle yoga class is offered which targets the building of flexibility, breathing, and meditation.

Wednesday at 4 pm we offer a higher-level flow class which focuses on building strength, flexibility, and power.

1 hour classes / $35

($25 for MU Health employees, $30 for Columbia Public Schools/MU employees)
