Join us for a class emphasizing gentle movement, conscious breathing, and meditation to support your mind, body and spirit. Consistent practice increases strength and flexibility, improves sleep and pain management, and provides relief from stress and anxiety.
Gentle Flow classes, which target the building of flexibility, breathing and meditation, are 12 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Challenging Flows are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 p.m. This is a higher-level flow class which focuses on building strength, flexibility and power.
1-hour classes / $5 per class or $25 a month.
