Join us for a class emphasizing gentle movement, conscious breathing, and meditation to support your mind, body and spirit. Consistent practice increases strength and flexibility, improves sleep and pain management, and provides relief from stress and anxiety.
Functional Flow classes, which target the building of flexibility, breathing and meditation, are 12 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
1-hour classes / $5 per class or $25 a month.
