Join us for a yoga class emphasizing gentle movement, conscious breathing and meditation to support your mind, body and spirit. Consistent yoga practice increases strength and flexibility, improves sleep and pain management, and provides relief from stress and anxiety.

Gentle Yoga classes, which target the building of flexibility, breathing and meditation, are 12 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Fit Yoga is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 p.m. This is a higher-level flow class which focuses on building strength, flexibility and power.

1 hour classes / $5 per class or $25 a month. Monthly rate includes access to Body by HPI classes.

($25 for MU Health employees, $30 for Columbia Public Schools/MU employees)
